Why is my VISA® debit card not working?
Effective May 23rd, your existing VISA® card will no longer work and has been replaced with your new MasterCard® debit.
If you haven't already, please activate your new MasterCard® and assign a PIN. If you have not received your new MasterCard®, please contact a banker.

Is Village Bank converting from VISA® to MasterCard®?
Yes. New cards reflect Village Bank branding, MasterCard® logo, and flat card number printing versus raised embossing.

Should I shred my VISA® card?
Yes, effective May 23rd your existing VISA® card will no longer work.
Will my existing auto-payments associated with my VISA® card carryover to my MasterCard®?
You will need to contact any merchants who automatically bill your existing card to provide them your new card information.
If I received more than one card, how will I be able to tell which checking account it is linked to?
If you have online banking, within the list of accounts click on the debit card to see the last four digits of the account number it is attached to or simply call one of our four locations and a representative will be happy to assist you.
If I have a business with multiple cards, will each card be replaced?
Yes. All cards will be sent to the primary cardholder.
