With Positive Pay Service the user will submit, electronically to Village Bank, issued check and ACH debit data by the established deadlines. Village Bank will compare the items presented for payment to the information the company has provided about the check/ACH debits issued. When a check/ACH debit is presented that does not match the company’s issued item information, Village Bank will notify the company and the company must authorize the Bank to pay or return the check/ACH Debit by the required time.

*$35 monthly fee per account enrolled. Must be enrolled in business online banking to use Positive Pay Service.
