TOM DOMIANOVICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL BANKER Since 2007, Tom has been helping individuals and businesses strengthen their financial health. He began his career in banking as a personal banker, swiftly progressing to business banking and commercial lending. Since 2018, he has served as Vice President of Commercial Banking for Village Bank, and focuses on equipment, lines of credit, real estate and professional services lending. Tom looks beyond the numbers to focus on the people behind the businesses. You are more likely to find him taking the time to walk through his client’s warehouse, manufacturing shop, dental practice, or veterinary clinic, than sitting behind his desk. By being out in the community with his small business clients, Tom dedicates his time to understand the challenges his clients face and provide practical solutions to take on those challenges. Tom is the kind of banker who will support your business any way he can, and for him, building relationships is priority number one. When not setting his clients up to succeed, you’ll find Tom traveling with his wife and children—either camping on the North Shore in the summer or heading to warmer temperatures in the winter. He is active in a number of sports as well as an avid armchair sports fan; one of his goals is to take home a Fantasy Football trophy.
